    Day 4, level 1 done. Not as sore today and am almost able to to use my 5lb weights throughout (still need to put them down during last exercise, 2nd set.)

    Day 5 Level 1 done! I put in 10 hours at work today, so I'm really proud today for doing it when I got home since I wasn't able to fit it in this morning before work. Way to go everyone!!!!

    Day 5 Level 1 done! I put in 10 hours at work today, so I'm really proud today for doing it when I got home since I wasn't able to fit it in this morning before work. Way to go everyone!!!!

    Day 6 level 1 done!...even found a workout buddy tonight. :) I am so happy the soreness lessens each day...today I could feel what I worked during yesterday's workout, but wasn't uncomfortable.

    add a bunch of friends to hold you accountable. You will feel guilty if you DON'T do tomorrow's workout :) Feel free to add me as a friend. I love cheering people on and I love being cheered on myself. That goes for anyone...feel free to add me as a friend :)

    Just finished day 5 lvl 1. Did the pushups against the wall but kept up with everything else. Yahoo!!
    I'm glad I read this because I couldn't think of a way to make the pushups easier. I took a spill tripping on a curb this afternoon and fell on my right hand. I sprained my right hand middle finger, so I tried one pushup tonight to see if I could manage them still and I had a pain shoot through my wrist. I'm hoping it'll be better with a night's rest. Holding weights might be tricky too, so I might have to go down to my 2 pound weights. I'm so glad I got today's workout in this morning.

    Just finished Day3 level one and barely made it through the Bicycles at the end cause my abs are sore. Can't wait til tomorrows.
