Wow, yesterday's roll call was outstanding. If you haven't already, please take a few moments to read the roll calls for the past few days and check out the names. We want to see those names for the next 30 days. Keep up the great work, everybody!

I completed Level 1, Day 4. It got a little better. I think I may be getting stronger!

    Day 4.....check!

    It is getting easier, except for push ups. Still hate those. But today I am not as sore and I felt great this am!

    Today was a rest day for me. But keep at it everyone!! Tomorrow is Day 8 for me, so you'll see me on the check-in! :wink:
  • Finished L1D4! I find the arms to be the hardest. I'm still having trouble with the anterior raises, but I'm doing a little more every time. :) Great to have so many 30DS buddies! :)

  • Sweating so much today. I am getting firmer underneath but I swear I look wobbly in my thighs. I can feel the muscle but most people don't tend to feel your thighs do they. Does anyone else feel wobblier? My calories are around 1550 a day. When i finish level 3 i will start alternating the levels until the end of July then move on. I am on day 15 so level 2 and my fitness is so much better! Only noticably losing on my bum so far but belly looks a lot better.

    I finished despite some injuries from falling yesterday - fortunately, they didn't interfere with the different exercises in this workout, but I felt every jumping jack in my sprained toe and my sprained finger groaned through some of the weights exercises.

    I'm still struggling through the pushups, but happy I'm doing better than day one. Looking forward to what I can achieve on day 10.

    Level 1 Day 5 for me. Half way through level 1!! I still hate the jump rope jumping jack combo. Still can't do it with taking a break!

    i did day 6 level 1 and managed to do 20 jumping jacks in a row for the first time

    Day 4 completed this morning...i was able to do the cardio parts non-stop...abs and strenght...not so much. hehehe

    Day 4 Level 1 completed. As much as I love Jillian, I'm going to have to mute her and turn on my own music I think. I'm going to go crazy watching the same thing over and over, LOL. May need to switch it up to level 2 sooner than I thought just because of this! :bigsmile:

    I love that there are recover times. I have a hard time doing the jump roping for some reason....

    Day 6--Sweating like crazy!!!!!! Still not really happy with jumping jacks, I alternate with jogging in place and still doing wall pushups but I have great form with them LOL! Everything else seems to be getting easier. NOT looking forward to Lvl 2!
  • Day 1 Level 1 completed! Using 5 lb weights this time around. Used 3 lb weight during my first attempt of the 30DS last year...

    Day 6 Lvl 1. I am finding that push ups are getting harder NOT easier. I keep going back to the modified push up...ugh! :smile:

    L1, Day 5. Definitely getting stronger. 1st set push ups the real way and getting down low in squats/lunges. Still can't do that last set of arms w/weights though!

    Did it this morning before work. No swim in pool afterwards :( Still can't do a full push up do good on modified ones. Jumping jacks not so much. Made it through all of the warm up ones and half of the next set. Same with jumping rope hurts my calfs and shins. Can't hop I guess.
