    Scotts simple chili C1:
    1 med onion
    1 T oilive oil
    1 lb gr turkey (i use 1/2 turkey breast and 1/2 lean turkey (7% fat)
    1 T chili powder
    1 can rotel tomatotes and chili's
    1 can tomato sauce

    brown onion in oil til soft, add ground turkey. when turkey is about done i add the chili powder for a few minutes. transfer to crock pot. add rotel (i pluse in food processor first, i dont like chunky tomatoes) add tomato sauce and 1 can of water. cook on low for about 4 hrs.

    note: can also cook on stove, low heat covered for about 30 min

    i freeze in 2 cup ziploc bowls and take to work almost everyday to go with a big salad. i stir in 1 T of ff sour cream after reheating

    17 day diet Chicken Vegetable Soup - family sized
    Minutes to Prepare: 15

    Minutes to Cook: 60 Number of Servings: 12
    Ingredients:
    5 Chicken Breast, no skin, Cabbage (1 cup regular and 1/2 cup red),
    3 Carrots, 4 Scallions, 4 Celery stalks,1 can (28oz) Crushed Tomatoes,1 can(family sized) Swanson Chicken Broth

    Directions

    dice the chicken, chop the cabbage, carrots, scallions, and celery. Simmer everything except the chicken in a large pan until the vegetables are tender. Add chicken and cook throughly




    Serving Size: 12 - 1 cup Number of Servings: 12

    Thi isn't a 17 dd recipe per se........but it works well and is sooooo good on these hot days! ENJOY!!:bigsmile:

    mint leaves
    stevia to taste
    blend and add club soda and crushed ice........SO REFRESHING! should make at least 2 tall glasses:love:

    yummy! Just tried cauliflower pizza (the cauliflower is the crust). This is really good. My kids asked for seconds even.
  • I made "Turkey Meatloaf" tonight. Turned out great. Mix the below ingredients, bake at 350 for an hour or so till done. Top with reduced sugar ketchup when serving. Serves 4 at only 247 calories per serving. This is perfect for cycle1.

    1 package butterball ground turkey, 99% fat free
    1 onion chopped
    2 cups chopped cabbage
    2 stalks celery chopped
