Rest day yesterday. Today level 2 day 9. It is getting easier but strangely sweatier too. Apparently it means you are getting fitter. Looking forward to level 3.0

Didn't do yesterday because I had 2 hours of other work out time already in....so today is day 5 level 1. I plan on doing it twice tomorrow to stay on track. Did it with 3lbs today because of other work outs earlier.0

L1, Day 7 Done. Took yesterday as my day off. Went for 2 mile jog after workout hoping to loosen my quads and my stride was so short. Must be from "getting down" in the squats/lunges. Anyone else finding the weight lifting (esp. last exercise) the hardest part?0

...I'm pretty sore because I am in Week 4 of C25K as well. I have a love/hate relationship with each 30DS workout, haha. I can't wait to take measurements in a couple of weeks. Good job everyone! Feel free to add me for support.
