How do you keep an eye on

the other macros - sodium etc?

My diary just shows protein, fat and carbohydrates?

    Click on "FOOD" on the menu bar you should see at the top of the page, and then click on "SETTINGS" from the menu under that, and you should see dropdown menus where you can select which items you track on your daily diary.

    Those are what I track.

    A lot of folks forget about Sodium but it's a very important Macro to monitor not just for weight but for your health in general.
