week two was a real challenge trying to watch my sodium. I didn't post this week but I know that next week will be obtainable. Look our bathroom here I come peeing every thirty minutes or less but I can do it, it will remind me if I was pregnant running to the bathroom.

I have been slacking with my posts but here they all are except for todays sodium. Thanks Tanya ;-)

    July 8th - No logging :(
    July 9th - Total Sodium 1,810
    July 10th - Total Sodium 1,242
    July 11th - Total Sodium 1,515
    July 12th - Total Sodium 1,625 & 100 abdominal crunches completed
    July 13th - Total Sodium 1,611
    July 14th - Total Sodium 1571 & 200 abdominal crunches completed

Here are a few sodium tips I found online.
Choose fresh foods prepared with little or no salt most often.
Season foods with herbs and salt-free spices, lemon, vinegar, garlic and onion.
Prepare home-cooked meals, with little or no added salt, as much as possible.
Limit your intake of salty condiments like pickles, olives, soy sauce, relishes and salty dressings.
Reduce or avoid salty processed foods like deli meats, salted crackers, seasoned prepared rice and noodles, soups and salted nuts. Choose ones that are reduced in sodium, such as those in the Health Check program.
Check the Nutrition Facts table and compare products. Choose foods with a lower % Daily Value (%DV) for sodium.
