I'm keeping it up!! and I'm not sore at all .. what I notice is that my swimming has improve a lot!!

I was unable to do Day 3 yesterday, but made up for it today instead.

I forgot to post uesterday but I did week 3 column 2 and I feel that I am getting stronger each time but again i think i will repeat this week and see if i can so standars push ups rather then knee push ups and if not then hey whats so bad w doing 100 knee push ups0
