Okay I will give it a go. I struggle and absolutely hate mountain climbers. I think this is a mountain I need to conquer.0

Done! This group has really helped me get in my exercise the last couple days. I certainly didn't want to workout, but once I get going, its easier to just do it.0

Will try after my couch to 5k run. Hopefully energy to do it...lol. Will keep you posted.0

Okay, I did it. I collapsed afterward but I did do it. I yelled at my daughter for slowing her counting too.0

I hate Mt Climbers too but made myself...ugh!0
