Seems too easy? Please advise!

I am on a goal of 1200 calories per day, but I seem to be managing this too well - it doesn't seem like I'm eating any less, just cutting out the little treats I used to have?
Is this normal?
Iv been doing a 40 minute walk everyday since starting (the whole 3 days!) but I know I need to do some more strenuous work (aiming to make it a 40 minute RUN)
I've been at the exact same weight for the last 6 months and I'm determined to break it, but I am just really confused with the lack of calories.. Im coming in under most days and feel full?
I ate this today:
3 boiled eggs and 1/2 grapefruit
half a can of tomato and capsicum soup
3 chicken drumsticks (skin off!) and a handful of roast potatoes
a slice of vogels (good bread) with a teaspoon of honey.
Any ideas or similarities? I dont want to go into 'starvation mode' and be sitting on the same weight for the next 6 months!

if you hit your goal of 1200, including exercise calories (which you should eat back if you only have a small amount to lose), then yes, it is that easy...!0

if you keep it up you should lose the weight!
calculate your daily deficit by subtracting exercise cals from totally consumed cals.. and then subtract your BMR (basal metabolic rate.. there are calculators for this online) from that number.
add up each day to calculate your weekly deficits... 3500 calories=one pound of weight loss!
also, it is possible that you are underestimating your intake, so make sure you are using reliable calorie counters and closely watching portion size to get an accurate count

If 1200 seems easy for you, that is wonderful! No it is not normal but everyone is different. Depending on your height and metabolism, this may actually be not that much of a cut for you. Have you been eating at this for the last 6 months like you said (I'm confused)?
Do you eat back your exercise cals? If so, how are you logging them? Average estimators tend to be waaay to generous so this could be your problem.
Starvation mode is largely a myth unless you are eating at like half your BMR for months. Put it out of your mind.:grumble:
You meals that day sound pretty good, just keep an eye on your macros. Most people should adjust their protein higher than MFP's default so make sure you are going over on that at least.0 -
also try to mix up your workout, by now your body is used to the workout  , so try to do something that is difficult for you or something that you have never done.
Try something new!!0
