So, Im one of the dorks that didnt measure myself and keep looking at the scale (ugh) and Im around the same weight, but I know you cant go by the scale. Anywhooo...

Do you do the special workouts after the last set (for example: 8A and 8B) or after the week of the last workouts?

    Hi, I did the special workouts after completely finishing 8A and 8B- as if they were "9A and 9B". I ended up doing both on the same day though, since going back to the weights I started with (probably too light!) was pretty easy. It's a great motivating thing to do, since you do get a pretty good idea of how much progress you made in only a few weeks!
