Hey guys!! Sorry this is late, I was at a wedding all weekend and didn't have internet. Pick two at least

1) Make a specific food goal (i.e. I want to do an elimination diet to test my dairy tolerance, or you could work on cutting out carbs, etc.)
2) Run a total of 9 miles this week (or set your own mileage goal)
3) Stretch after every work out
4) Push ups! Try to do as many as you can, starting with 5 a day
5) Cut out on liquid calories, try to limit them to 200 a day

And keep sharing more ideas for future weeks! You all are doing soo good, keep it up :)

I am in for the pushups and stretching. I have just started walking this weekend, but my knees and hip won't allow me to run. I will definately aim for walking at least nine miles though!

    1) I am not eating carbs after lunch to see if it is true you burn more fat.
    2) Get in the habit of walking twice a day to extend metabolism...not running yet.
    3) Stretch after every work out
    4) Push ups! I will try even though they may be wimpy :)
    5) I never do liquid calories.

    Thanks for the challenges!

Well I can't say I've attempted a push up in a long time so I will choose that one as well as stetching after working out. I have been terrible at that! I usually get home and collapse in puddle of sweat :) I really don't do liquid calories although every now and then I will do something "skinny" from Starbucks but it's always in moderation and only in the morning. I've been encouraging a friend at work to stop drinking her calories too! Funny.

    1) Eliminate acidic foods, especially tomatoes. Last week I think I got acid reflux and it burned :frown: . Hopefully this allows my stomach to re-cooperate:smile:

    2) Jog a total of 5 miles - Going to set this goal a little low. Hopefully after this week I will be able to set it higher and higher and higher

    3) Stretch after every work out - This is a good one! I usually always forget to do this. Hopefully this challenge will help remind me how important it is!

    4) Push ups! - Another one I will tackle! I have NEVER been able to do an entire normal push-up in my entire life. My goal is to at least do one "normal" one without being on my knees!:glasses:

    HgH:drinker:

P.S. I weighed in today (for another challenge I am apart of) and I am now 146!! !!! So excited about this! Only 7 more until I am official in the 30's again! I haven't been in the 30's for three years...Or maybe since I started college!

Keep up the great work everyone. Stay strong. Every time you do a workout you are regaining back control of your heart, body, and mind! We got this - Labor Day here we come!!

Sorry too guys, I read the challenges but never replied.
This week I did more stretching after runs and yesterday did a total of 50 girl push ups. 5 sets of 10.
Boy push ups so far 0:sad:
Next week I'm going to cut back on peanut butter. This will be the hardest for me.

I did run 11 miles and plan to do 4 today ;)
