    Sorry, guys I didn't log on yesterday very busy and still didn't get to make my water goal but today went rather smoothe. I drank 72ozs. of water and pissed all day. Yesterday I did linges and sit ups gotta get rid of this baby belly. She 10 months now something has got to give. Be encouraged my peeps and let make tomorrow a better day.:drinker:

    Monday 7/16 64oz - swimming; 2 sets of 25 & 2 sets of 50 crunches; 3 sets of 30 pushups; walking 3 miles
    Tuesday 7/17 64oz. - 3 sets of 12 Bench press; 4 sets of 25 abdominal crunches; 3 sets of 15 lat pulls; 3 sets of 15 butterfly extension; 3 sets of 15 chest press; 3 sets of 15 arm lifts; 3 sets of 25 curls

    I don't mind water but I'm having trouble drinking half my weight in ounces (90oz.)...we'll see what happens today;)
