Hello all,
I am interested in how everyone is tracking their turbo fire workouts in the exercise section.
Thanks!

I have a HRM so I just log my results manually. I usually don't like trusting automated calories burned from websites like this since everyone's workout is different. It works really well for me! HRM are a bit of an investment, but I found mine on sale at Target, and I absolutely love it!0

I agree! Invest in a Heart Rate Monitor and you'll know exactly how many calories you burn. I have one by New Balance that tracks workout time, time "in the zone", calories burned, average heart rate and high heart rate. I use it for every workout. Seeing the actual # of calories you burn will help you to work harder too!0
