I don't mind water but I'm having trouble drinking half my weight in ounces (90oz.)...we'll see what happens today;)0 -

I have a cup i cant live without..ok i have 3 incase one is missing or dirty. Its 16oz. I can easily drink 100oz a day
Find something that works for you to keep you motovated. I also add mi0 water enhancer. SO yummy...
