After lifting

Hi all!
I'm on stage 1 WO 5A and i'm loving it so far. I'm just wondering what kind of other exercise you do besides NROLFW?
I remember something in the book about doing HIIT but can't remember if it should be before or after lifting. I'm thinking after but unsure. Also, i'm not sure how long I should do HIIT for?
Thanks!!

I'm doing 20 minutes on the elliptical HIIT using their 2 minute/1 minute program in the book.0

Stage one I only lifted, with plenty of dog walking and the odd yoga session. The book only starts giving you the HIIT stuff in stage two (which I did this evening!!) You should do your cardio after lifting - so you're not too tired to lift and drop things!0

Currently i've been doing NROLFW 2 or 3 times a week and if I have time i'll go to 1 or 2 zumba classes during the week. We also play in the pool a few days a week. I don't really like to count that as swimming because it's mostly just playing with my 2 year old son in the water.
I'm trying to decide if i should be doing more cardio/more exercise.0 -
I do not do any excersise except lifting weights as described in the program-- I actually rest on my "rest days" What can I say, the author made a good case for it. Anyways I'm not sure it would be possible for me to do anything else; sometimes it takes me a few days to walk normally again (like the dumbell single-leg Romanian deadlift... oh my god...)
I don't even do the HIIT, though my circumstances have changed and I think I will start.0
