Ez bar - worth it or not?

Considering buying one, what are the benefits over a normal barbell?

Puts less stress on the wrists, other than that not much.

the wrists want to internally rotate when you get to the top of the curl movement with a straight barbell which can give some people wrist pain. Or you just take a wider grip.

I think I might get one, more to do skullcrushers than biceps. Ive it's puts more focus on the biceps which can't be a bad thing.

    Thanks mate

It's not a bad buy. They're usually pretty cheap. Only benefit I've really noticed is it's easier on my wrists and more comfortable to do skullcrushers.

Still not better than dumbbells, IMO.

I will treat myself, then I can do both dumbells and the ez bar. Bring on the gains!
