What is my activity level?

My husband and I were having a discussion as to what my true activity level is......so I can use the scooby calculator more correctly.....

I am 47
cw 170
5' 2.5"

My usual workout schedule is: (using 5lb weights for the curls & flys)

On Mon & Wed = 100 crunches, 30 bent knee leg lifts, 50 bicep curls, 40 tricep curls, 30 shoulder presses, 10 dumbell flys, 75 squats

On Tues & Thurs = 30 minutes on treadmill at 3.5 mph and sometimes I add more crunches, sometimes not....

I'm a homemaker so some days I'm running around doing laundry and cleaning and some days I'm sitting in the car running errands all day, and on pms days I'm sitting in front of fb all day....lol......it varies

Would you consider this 1-3 light exercise? or 3-5 moderate exercise

Be honest, it's ok....I just need more accurate numbers! Thank you!

    How long do your strength workouts take? It looks like light to me.

    Honestly just add up the amount of time it takes you to do your workouts and use that. Don't over-think it too much.

    Thank you - I am changing it from moderate to light. since I NEVER exercised before, it seemed like so much when I wrote it down and so I thought for sure this is moderate....but you are right it's not more than 3 hours/week unless I add a 5th workout.....soon, but not yet.
