Joyful July, the First Part of the Second Half of the Year!
Hello, healthy eaters! What are your plans for July? I am working on eating lots of vegetables, and eating salads for dinner, salads that would meet Dr Fuhrman's recommendations. Here are some of the recipes I am looking at:

Recently learned how to use the instant pot to make my black bean soup. I use the sauté function for the mirepoix mix, garlic and seasonings. Then add the beans, salsa and more water.
