The official rules are: *Bike at least 50 miles in January *Indoors or outdoors *Post your progress AT LEAST every week (this can be via Instagram or through Mfp group posts) Winner will be potentially anyone who successfully completes biking 50+ miles and will be picked February 1st.

How is everyone goals coming along? I have changed mine. First it was 15 miles a week, then 200 and now it is 300 miles. I am 86 miles away but today I am hoping to end the day with only needing 50 more miles! Keep up the awesome work everyone! Hope each of you have an AMAZING last week of #BikeJanuary

I struggled last week with everything but I did get 25 miles in ^_^ Happy to have this challenge since it keeps me going. My knees have been a wee bit sore but I'm sure me being lazy has caused some of the problem. It is soo nice here in KCMO! I should have gotten the bike rack so I could take the bike to some trails!
