Medifast users....
Hello all,
I am starting to use Medifast and would like to find others that use it too. I used it before and lost 45 lbs but life happened and here I am. I gained 20lbs of it back and am ready to stop making excuses. I know Medifast used to have a community that really helped me focus and strengthened my willpower. That community is no longer there.
I'm wanting to find others that are using Medifast or nutrisystem or anything like it for support.
