Struggle of giving up Soda!?!
I gave up soda cold turkey on September 14th as the small starting step to beginning my journey and I am wondering what issues other people have had with giving up soda and any suggestions for making the transition from it easier.

Fresh produce definitely ups the grocery bill, but it will be worth it to be healthier. Geared up for this week with fresh veggies, fruits, cottage cheese and yogurt (great ideas!).

I just bought $60 worth of Halloween candy. I hope we have a lot of ghosts and goblins show up for Trick or Treat. If not I will be taking a lot of candy to church tomorrow and handing it out. I hope every one has a safe and fun Halloween.

Can you believe 8 pieces of peanut butter Halloween candy has 300 calories?! Oh well, I am heading out to clean mother-in-laws house, then going to church to vacuum.
