Welcome to the group! I wanted to start this group so there was a place out there where we can share our struggles and strengths. I know personally I have no friends that are close to my size. They just do not understand what it is like.

Yesterday I stayed within my calorie goals, with all healthy foods, and I exercised by doing 15 minutes of Wii Just Dance!
