Hi, I'm 39 yo, 2 years clean and sober, one day at a time with HP's help. I used the 12 steps of AA to deal with multiple addictions and continue to be active in the program. I find that I can practice the principles and use the same tools in my fitness journey and it's FRACKING AWESOME!! I would love to have friends here…
