ok so my baby was born nov 19th but i figure thats close enough since my due date dec. 7. my name is ariel and I'm currently doing 21 day fix. (I'm not a coach) its tough but i like how its only 30mins and i sweat a lot. i wanna loose 50lbs but i would be happy with just 30 lol
Taking baby to the gym?
my gym offers daycare for up to two hours for moms who want to work out. I do usually leave him with family when I can but sometimes I feel like I'm relying on them to much.. Has anyone used this service at the gym? I can watch the day care while I do cardio so I might do that during the day and then go back in the evening…
Any fitbit users?
I'm curious if anyone with a fitbit and MyFitnessPal records walking/running other than as steps? Loke if I went for a 45 min walk/run on the treadmill my fitbit counts my steps and syncs with myfitnesspal...so do I need to add anything as activity besides what automatically goes between the two apps?? I hope I explained…
What do you count?
What do you count for calories? I know some don't bother counting fruits and veggies and others have certain preferences with certain food...what do you guys do??
