A young kidney transplant patient!
Hi! I recently got a kidney transplant and I used to be a stick on dialysis and now I’m at 145lbs it’s really effects me because I feel weak all the time and have no desire to work out any advice?

Lazy person Just joined.
I have recently has some problems with my blood pressure. and a few other things. I stopped smoking on January 23rd and now I am working on the exercise and diet part - so I joined my fitness pal because I bought a garmin fitbit and now I am joining this group.
