What's your biggest hurdle right now?
Title says it all. :) I just started a new job. It's 6 1/2 hours a day, 5 days a week and it'll be the most I've been away from home since I became a mom 18 1/2 years ago. Planning meals in advance, making time for exercise, wow, I'm working hard to not let it become overwhelming.
How's everyone doing?
I was gone for a while due to some personal issues, and I had a hard time finding this group again. Sad to see it died out so quickly ☹️. How's everyone doing with this fit life? Would love to read some positive updates.

Treadmill Runners/joggers/walkers
