Getting enough sleep
How many of you do get 8 good hours? I am not too bad, but usually get 7. My husband works nights at leaves at 11, I usually fall asleep reading at 11:30 or so, and have to get up at 6:40. On weekends I do get 8 hours though even counting staying up later.
Starting the exercise routine
Hey all! For those of us who need to start a strength training routine, there are so many to choose from. TOO MANY. How do we choose? Is anyone else in this same boat?

I was not the healthiest all weekend, but back on track today. Looking forward to having this sounding board over the next 6-7 weeks.
