I need to get in better shape for all my 5K's this year! I might not be able to do 100 a day to begin with but I am going to kill it as much as I can! :bigsmile:
100 Burpees per day for the month of February. More information to come. Feel free to rant about your experience. I am currently really bad at them.
For those of us who want to be Burpee Bad A$$es. I am trying this one, but not sure I can make it. This one is a 100x a day. I have not got there. But I will eventually.
