Hi gang, With the holidays coming up fast, I am wondering how everyone plans to tackle the challenge of Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas parties, etc. I've been trying to stockpile some low-carb recipes for sides and desserts that I can make myself and bring so I know I will have some options. Post your weekly weigh-in here. If you'd like. Share your successes or struggles. :) Remember to BE patient. Your body doesn't know it's your weigh-in day and it's supposed to be at its lightest :) I always take a full 4 weeks of pounds lost, divide by 4 and that's my average weight loss.
Thank you for setting up this page. I have been using Profile since November 2016. Only 16 lbs. to my next goal. Once that is achieved I will decide whether I want to lose more. I ❤️ Profile!
