Today has not been so good but onwards and upwards its a new day tomorrow who ever said losing weight was a struggle you are very much correct.

Hi, I’m Heather
I’ve been doing SW since February and have lost one and a half stone so far. I’m 57 and look after my grandsons 2.5 days a week. I have a dog which I walk every morning and I’ve just joined the local gym. I’m looking forward to getting fitter!
Aldi meals
As you will probably know slimming world aren't happy with aldi at the moment. But i have to say the slimfree tikka is definitely nicer and coming up as syn free on the calculator. What do you think of of the meals compared to slimming worlds own? X
