I'm trying to do a low carb dairy free meal at the end of the day. Last night I had a salad with stesk, peppers, olives, yogurt ranch...kinda blew the dairy free part! But i didn't add cheese!!
So far, I’m loving it. I’m down 5 pounds and expect much more loss within the next 25 days as I have a lot to lose. There are a lot of isagenix haters of MFP but my friend for many years and now coach lost over 100 pounds using isagenix and has kept it off for 3 years!
Had my two shakes (mint chocolate and dutch chocolate) Snacks: hard boiled eggs with a dollop of mayo, popcorn (no butter) and grapes, handful of almonds Dinner: steak, black beans, cheese, sour cream, homemade salsa, avo, and some mexican coleslaw. Yum!!!
