I would like to do more exercise but find when I do, I end up with lows either soon after or within 12 hours, treating and feel defeated consuming the calories to treat. Are there programs or trainers out there to help with strategy?
Trying to get my head around the whole DT1 diagnoses, need to shift gears as a 55 year old male. Where do I start with Diet and exercise? I have chosen a sugar free detox diet and started with a goal of 10000 steps (iwatch) a day - getting more active using stairs. Stay safe stay health and keep a smile. David
