Eating healthy with food aversions
So my second child put me off fruit for a while, I was just getting back into it, today I made a smoothie and nope. This baby is a no fruit zone too! I eat veg so that's no problem but anything else I can add in instead of fruit? Also struggling to get enough protein in a day. Any hints? Thanks
Morning Sickness
Hi ladies! Hope you are all doing well! I'm 14 weeks along and my morning sickness is still going strong.....ugh. When did everyone else's start to settle down? I've heard some people go right to the end and I'm hoping that's not me! I've tried everything and I mean everything but nothing helps. Currently 14 pounds down.
Sleep strategies
Hi ladies, hope all is going well :] Anyone having any sleep issues? What has worked for you? I usually have a pretty good sleep routine and by the time I'm in bed, I knock out.
