Hi! New to IF and am curious if anyone started with 16:8 no problem or did you ease in starting with 12:12 then 14:10?
I use the IF timer on my phone app which is on the food diary to start and stop my fasts. When I am on my laptop there is no timer anywhere??? I looked at the Premium tab and there is not even a mention of it as a benefit. First we lose our newsfeed and now this too??? Anybody find it?
