Tagigo 2025

One year ago I started a group called Way to Wellness 2024. Did I do anything? Well.... no. I didn't lose a single pound. I did change a few habits. I started to meditate more and drink alcohol less. My love for Pickleball has developed into a full blown passion and I play it almost 5 times a week. But I still weigh 255 pounds. I still drink far more cocktails thank I should. So I re-named this group Tagigo which is esperanto for "dawn" because I need a new sunrise, a new start and a new way forward. This is my 55th year of life. So here's to Tagigo 2025. Another attempt at a better year.
