Confused on how many calories i should be eating per day...
I really wish i could afford a dietician because i would like to know exactly how many calories i should be eating per day,what a healthy goal weight is for me etc...Im 5'7 and 248lbs.Ive heard so many numbers i just want to know whats the right cals per day for me.HELP?!!

Exercise Minutes Check-In
My blood sugar dropped yesterday, so I didn't exercise. I think I've been restricting the calories too much. Today I've done 40 minutes of exercise. 60+35+40. Only 11865 more minutes to go! Thank you for this group!
This is the beginning
