Whenever I try a challenge like this I get awful sugar cravings for the first week or so, does anyone have any tips for dealing with them? I try gum, going for a walk, etc. but it doesn't always work!
Hey everyone! I just started this on Saturday, nov. 16, so today was day 3. I'm really just following the meal plan and doing some of the blogilates workouts along with my own workouts. I'm loving it so far, I feel great, more energy and not hungry like I thought I would be!
Today is Day 1 for me :) My name is Crystal, I'm eternally 29 yrs old (33 really), 5'8 and will get my starting weight tomorrow morning. I think it's 283 :( Look forward to being a part of this group! Crystal
I'm not sure who all is on Day 2 yet, but how did your first day go? I oddly found that I was REALLY hungry which was really unexpected for me. I'm not even that hungry when I DON'T eat. I also was a bit nauseated but that may be due to something else. I walked for about an hour total yesterday, I didn't do the exercises…
Hi everyone! I started my 90 day meal plan today. I will try my best to stick to it but is it okay if i do the 30 day shred exercise and cardio boxing with it instead? Or should i just stick with cassey's exercise? Ive never done blogilates work outs before though. Also, i need fitness buddies on myfitness pal! :)
