Hello?
Is this group active?
I was sleeved 19 November 2019 since then I have lost only 11kgs. My dietician (not a bariatric dietician) told me I need to eat more carbs but I'm now putting on weight not losing any suggestions?
I just got discharged from the hospital, but I'm feeling really excited about the lifestyle changes coming my way. I lost 13 pounds on the pre-op diet, and now I'm down 18 pounds total. I know I have to wait for two weeks to start exercise/weight training. I'm just curious what has been the most successful regimen for most…
Is anyone else constantly dehydrated? Also I'm having trouble getting enough protein. Had to have a protein infusion!
I began my pre-op diet today. So far I have had broth and an Atkins Milk Chocolate Delight Shake. Its going down pretty good. I know that most say this is tough but I am ready for the challenge. 1 day down 13 more to go!
Hi! I just had my surgery on 30 Dec 2015 and so have just graduated from Clear Liquids to Full liquids. (I'm so happy!) I was looking for a group to join for advice, support, etc. and hope that this can be a good place for that.
They think im getting to much protein now so we are trying to see if that is the case. Ive been really strict on what I am eating and making sure I am following the diet my nut gave me. Has this happened to anyone else?
I began using New Directions products on 1/23/14 and when weighed in on 1/28/14 had lost 4.36 pounds. I thought this was good, SWLM did not. ( I had been on products for 4 days). I also began exercising on my elliptical stepper cross trainer bike with moveable arms for an all over workout. I average 40 minutes per day…
I am large chested, which gives me terrible back aches because heavy, sagging chest! Do they shrink after surgery or do I need plastic surgery on them afterwards as well? If I have to have corrective surgery after the main operation, is this classed as plastic surgery or medical surgery?
