Calorie Goal?
So this may be a dumb question, but what should our calorie goal / day be? 2000? Are there other goals that we should set up (protein, fat, etc.)? The whole not eating bread or "bad stuff" makes sense, but as far as goal setting for nutrition goes...I have no idea.
