I don't like vegetables, I find them yucky! Does anyone have any recipe ideas that will take yucky vegetables to yummy? Thank you for all your suggestions, I really need to change my eating habit to something more healthy!
Low sodium soup is usually terrible unless its healthy choice. I have attempted homemade low sodium soup and that has not gone well. Anyone have a good soup recipe that doesn't call for or need a lot of salt to be tasty? I'll take brand suggestions too for low sodium canned soup that doesn't taste like crap.
Tip #1 - For those of you who like a breaded chicken breast or fish fillet....A tasty and better for you alternative is to use ground almond to ''bread'' the meat rather than actual bread. It's definitely a different flavour but still good, and gets you some good fats and extra calories if you need them.
