Chinese Food Lunch - Help!!
Help! I'm going out to lunch - Chinese - with a client today. She is from China, so this was her choice. I really don't want to eat just vegetables, and I'm feeling lost as to options. Does anyone have tips for staying on track with chinese food?
When do you work out?
If you work full time, when do you work out? This is always a huge challenge for me, because on the weekdays, i don't want to spend more time away from the kids. Why does the time drag?
I seriously feel like I started my new "lifestyle" (aka "diet" but that's a bad word, right?) like 2 weeks ago and I should be down 10 lbs by now. LOL! Seriously though...in the beginning, doesn't every minute that you get through w/o falling off feel like an eternity? Maybe I just spend too much time thinking about food…

How many calories is everyone working with? Based on my weight and activity level (or lack thereof), MFP gave me an 1850 daily bank of calories which feels REALLY high.
