Do you weight meat cooked or uncooked?
I am not sure if I am suppose to weight meat raw or cooked? I don't like trying to guess how much to cook before I weight it. When chicken is weighed do you consider the bone or do you just pull the meat.off or just estimate with bone on it? What about pancakes? How large is large? Just need some claification. Thanks my…
