I am only 4 days in but I don't think I have ever had so much fun doing a work out. I love this program.
I want to see what is/are your struggles right now? maybe committing to do the program, food, making time for it, injury, anything! Another question for you all! Are you following a specific diet while working this program? or following the program's nutritional plan? Are you doing portion control?
