I'm just starting back on my fitness journey and I have such a hard time with food cravings. Staying within my limited about of calories is what I find most difficult. Does anyone have any advice or what they do that helps them? Thanks!
My wife and I try to keep active by riding bicycles, playing racquet-ball, hiking, softball, volleyball etc. We go in spurts though. I think mainly because we get bored of the routines. I am looking for new ideas to keep us interested. Any ideas? - Brandon
