Mine are: 1. To lose approx half a stone 2. To cut out fizzy drinks 3. To stop eating cakes, sweets and biscuits etc. I love veggies, so my daily diet up until about 5pm is great. Only in the evenings when it all starts to go downhill...really need t change that over the next 4 weeks....
