Lets us know when you were braced and how long is/was the treatment? I have been in braces since 07 Jan 2012 and expected to be in them for abt 18 months!
Must have products and tips!
As I am a newbie to this braces game, apart from the items in my starter pack (wax, toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrush), what other essential items do i need to make the next 18 months easier? Also, feel free to share any tips that you think might be helpful to others.

for those who already have braces, how soon after having them fitted did you notice any changes? though i have only had them for 5 days, i notice that when i floss between the back teeth, the floss does not even have a grip like before. it's almost as if i am getting a little gap between those teeth. is this normal? anyone…
Braces!
At 32 years old, I decided to get ceramic braces 5 days ago! Apparently I will need them for about 18 months. I am now only wearing on the lower arch (uppers to be fitted in about 2 months).
