I want to weigh in on 15th November. I have slipped dramatically this past week but I really need to keep this goal in mind and get back on the horse!
Anyone have any go-to recipes that are helping them lose weight?
Just wondering what others do to keep from giving in to cravings?! I find drinking hot water with fresh squeezed lemon in it really keeps me from snacking on unhealthy foods when I have a craving (and it's good for your liver). I would love some other ideas however :)
