So we are one day in on this challenge and I already had to mentally fight myself to not weight myself this morning. This is gonna be a long 20 days.. lol
My goal was to track everything, even if I went over on calories. AND I tracked everything. All 1000 extra calories. lol. I tracked the dinner I plan to have, so I'm going to try and work some calories off before I eat. Just had to share. :)

I am very bad at remembering to take my vitamins. So, for my first 21 days I will commit to taking my vitamins. Trust me there are a lot more things I need to commit to but to start off small I'll just stick to this one. :happy:
Here goes: I challenge myself to cut down on the computer. Whenever I'm on here and alone in the house, I tend to snack. Hubby works 12hrs a day. He has a weird schedule so one week it's two days alone and the next week it's 5 days alone. Sometimes it's nights and sometimes it's days. So I challenge myself to get off this…
