ummmm....... i was thinking what takes your mind of the food and makes you not think about it , so you can spend almost a day without eating anything i tried it and the things that kept my mind of the food is hanging out with my friends and play computer games online games I'm playing a game on facebook it's fun and easy…

Am on the last route of my diet journey...lost three stone in 2010 and then fell pregnant but managed to only put on a stone and a half back on. so half. have shifted most of it except this last damn ten pounds or so. i seem to be stuck at this weight!! help!! :sad:
