day 9 and still no fast food, also no shop bought ready meals and no meals out!! my oven hob is starting to feel the pressure!

Im just wondering what counts and what doesnt I love subway so im hoping that doesnt count but i always go for like the healthy ones im also going out to lunch with my friend tomorrow and we are going to grill'd which is like healthy burgers................no chips tho even tho hot chips are deeeeeeelish i think they count…
I'm trying to figure out ways to reward myself for the little goals.. at how many lbs do you al suggest and what types of things do you reward yourself with.. I don't think its right to reward oneself with a cheat day and/or food because that kinda defeats the purpose right?? Any suggestions??
